Amor

Indian Black Tea, Khongea Estate, Assam

It was love at first sip for us when we first tasted this smooth Assam tea. The black, wiry leaves of Amor brew a bright amber liquor that is mildly spicy, slightly woody, and has that characteristic malty Assam flavor. It is admittedly hard to describe what malty really means, but if you ever happen to smell toasted whole grains, well, that might be the best way to explain it. You can drink this tea plain, or if you prefer, add a dash of milk and a little sweetener. Enjoy hot or iced.

Delicious Assam

I bought this Assam tea after hearing about The Simple Leaf from a friend. I found it to be a very interesting tea that doesnt need milk or sugar. Good price. Would buy again.

Love at first sip

More amor is not as strong as the other Assam teas here, but it's sooo delicious. I am drinking several cups every day. If you're afraid of Assams because of their maltiness, try this one. You will reconsider.

You'll want more!

I received this wonderful tea in a "Simple Sampler", the sample is almost gone and it will no doubt leave me wanting "More Amor" : ) It has a nice strong flavor without being too much. I enjoy it in the mornings as an alternative to my usual cup of American Breakfast.

I love More Amor because it is malty and strong. I picked some up at the Holiday Market last year, and recently bought some more online. Nice job with the packaging.

A hearty cuppa

This is a nice and hearty cup with a mellow finish. I like it with milk or even plain. I consider myself something of an Assam lover, and this is, overall, an exceptional Assam.

This is a GFBOP (Golden Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe) that is one of the best I have ever tasted. I love Assam.
