Behind The Cup is our attempt to showcase some of the folks who work quietly behind the scenes to bring you your cup of tea. Over time, we plan to talk a wide variety of people who are involved with tea in some capacity.
Our first article is an interview with Madan Tamang, a dear friend of the family. He talks to us about his beloved Meghma tea estate in Nepal, how(and why) he produces oolong tea and his passion for saving the Rhododendron forests.
